This place suits me perfectly! Free wi-fi, free parking, and a shared kitchen provide everything I need. The staff once helped me find places with good exchange rates, and I can’t forget that. I’ll be back for Christmas!

central park and local dining just a short walk away
I loved how close I was to Central Park, just over a kilometer away, perfect for a lovely stroll, and I enjoyed the convenience of having great dining options nearby, with Lucios Italian Restaurant only about 500 meters from my room, making it easy to grab a bite after a day of exploring. the cleanliness of the room was remarkable and the service was truly top-notch.

Family with children, not worth the price.
The staff was pleasant and helpful, especially when we swiftly got moved to another room after complaining about the shower. The large bath in our room, though not clean, was a good size for the kids to splash about in which provided some relief.
It certainly wasn't inexpensive for what we ended up dealing with.

Great location and big windows!
I stayed here for 3 nights and honestly, the huge windows were awesome! Super close to the train station. Had early check-in, which was a lifesaver. The room was clean and the service was top-notch. Only gripe? The parking spots filled up quickly. Breakfast was pretty good too, with a nice range to choose from.

missingWrote a review on 08 Augclean breakfastconvenient locationneglected common areasroom maintenance issuesunwelcoming staff
Despite the proximity to the train station and the cleanliness of the breakfast service, the hotel felt neglected. The common areas, including the reception, were outdated and unwelcoming, and the room had multiple issues, such as a broken toilet seat and stained carpets. While the large windows provided a pleasant view, the overall lack of maintenance left much to be desired.

The room was spacious and had a huge bath, which was a nice surprise during my stay. I appreciated the early check-in and the ample natural light from the large windows. The location is perfect for train travel, being very close to the station, although the noise from the trains could be a bit distracting at times.

The room featured a large bath, ideal for kids to enjoy. The location's proximity to the railway station is a strong point for travelers needing easy access.
The lack of hot water was inconvenient, especially with the cool weather. Rooms seemed to have inconsistent maintenance—I've run into some issues with cleanliness that aren't ideal. While my room had a spacious layout, the decor felt dated and the noise from nearby trains was noticeable. The experience could certainly benefit from a refresh to align with modern hotel standards.

Not what we expected
This place was pretty rough. The double bed was uncomfortable and seemed broken. The hallways smelled like smoke and curry. The manager was friendly, but we had issues with our shower and the bridal suite was a bit of a letdown since the jacuzzi didn't work. On the bright side, the breakfast was kinda decent.

the bridge hotel was super close to the train station, which was a big help for me. i got to check in early and my room had huge windows that let in lots of light. the cleanliness was on point and the service was really good. i even had a large bath which was a nice surprise! plus, free parking was a win!
my only complaints were that the noise from the trains could get annoying at times and the pillows could've been better, they were lacking pillow cases.

Had a blast hunting for local eats near The Bridge! Lucios Italian served up a cracking plate of pasta that's a must-try. the spacious room had decent storage and a big bathroom—perfect for freshening up after those culinary quests.
But blimey, the stench of mold and stale fags was something else! I left before nightfall, what a letdown with no hot water and dodgy replies from the staff. Seriously, I deserve a refund for this fiasco.

It was just an ideal choice for a brief pause in Scunthorpe with good value for money. The bed was divan that moved when we sat on it, which was a little surprising. Just ensure to check the noise levels from the railway work if you're planning a night in.
