The Bridge Hotel - Scunthorpe

This place suits me perfectly! Free wi-fi, free parking, and a shared kitchen provide everything I need. The staff once helped me find places with good exchange rates, and I can't forget that. I'll be back for Christmas!

The hotel of choice in Scunthorpe. Tidy and recently refurbished place with very very helpful and excellent staff by from a receptionist. Plenty of tea, toast, cereal and yoghourt at breakfast. Early check-in, parking on site.

central park and local dining just a short walk away

I loved how close I was to Central Park, just over a kilometer away, perfect for a lovely stroll, and I enjoyed the convenience of having great dining options nearby, with Lucios Italian Restaurant only about 500 meters from my room. The cleanliness of the room was amazing and the service was great.

Family with children, not worth the price.

The staff was pleasant and helpful, especially when we swiftly got moved to another room after complaining about the shower. The large bath in our room, though not clean, was a good size for the kids to splash about in with some relief.

It certainly wasn't inexpensive for what we ended up dealing with.

Great location and big windows!

I stayed here for 3 nights and honestly, the huge windows were awesome! Super close to the train station. Had early check-in, a lifesaver. The room was clean and the service was great. Only gripe? The parking spots filled up quickly. Breakfast was pretty good too, with a nice range to choose from.

Didn't like anything, except cleanliness of bedding.

Despite the proximity to the train station and the cleanliness of the breakfast service, the hotel felt neglected. The common areas, including the reception, were outdated and unwelcoming, and the room had multiple issues, such as a broken toilet seat and stained carpets. While the large windows provided a pleasant view, the overall lack of maintenance left much to be desired.

The room was spacious and had a huge bath, which was a nice surprise during my stay. I appreciated the early check-in and the ample natural light from the large windows. The location is perfect for train travel, being very close to the station, although the noise from the trains could be a bit distracting at times.
